Massachusetts Real Estate Law Office Gives Back to the Community
Leominster, MA (PRWEB) May 11, 2008 -- David Rocheford wanted to find a way to give back to the community that has served him for the last seven years. His answer was obvious ? help support Habitat for Humanity North Central Massachusetts build a home with a family that is in need of one.
David and his staff found this to be a great team building event and a great way to give back to the community. The team worked on the future home of the Baboci family at 14 Apple Drive, Townsend, one of Habitat for Humanity's four locations under construction. David and his team built side by side with the family that will own the home when it is completed. Although not master tradesman, the group cut and installed siding on the home. Habitat for Humanity provides a licensed site supervisor at all times to help guide volunteers like the Rocheford Team.
Volunteers are asked to reserve a spot by visiting the HFHNCM website at www.ncmhabitat.org and, clicking on the "volunteer" page. If the internet isn't an option, volunteers can register by calling 978-348-2749.
Volunteers are also welcomed to work with families, help in the office, and fill many other behind-the-scenes needs.
