North Carolina Advertising Agency High Tide Creative Hires Senior Art Director
New Bern, NC (PRWEB) October 13, 2007 -- Todd Willis, president of High Tide Creative of New Bern and Raleigh, announced senior art director Todd Sturgell has joined the agency.
