Regional Real Estate Investors Association Continues Steady Growth and Optimism in Roanoke, VA
Roanoke, VA (PRWEB) September 16, 2007 -- Over 40 Roanoke Valley Real Estate Investors and business associates have formed a dynamic networking forum for both beginner and established real estate investors and related professionals in Southwestern Virginia. The mission of the Roanoke Regional REIA is to provide recurring networking opportunities to maximize productivity and financial success by swapping investment deals, sharing resources, and creating real world solutions for real estate investors in the Roanoke Valley and surrounding areas. They have been meeting since March of 2007 and have grown steadily through word of mouth advertising, and more recently through monthly educational seminars. The members of the regional REIA share a common optimism of the current real estate market for investing, contrary to much of what is being heard in today's media coverage.
Monthly meetings allow time to network, share deals and usually include highly respected speakers and trainers from across the country. Weekly breakfast meetings for members and guests provide for more frequent deal swapping and networking opportunities. The monthly training meetings are currently being co-sponsored by the online real estate investing training firm, REI Most Wanted ( www.reimostwanted.com ). The next monthly meeting on Thursday October 4 will feature nationally renowned speakers and trainers Trent and Chad Lee of Corporate Credit Concepts, Inc. based out of Las Vegas, NV. They will be discussing the power of using business credit instead of personal credit to leverage I both real estate investing as well as professional business need. This event (valued at over $300) will cost $5 for existing REIA members and $10 at the door for non-members. If folks are interested in membership with the RR-REAI, please contact the director of membership at rrreia@cox.net or call 540-400-0252.
Monthly meetings currently are held at the Hollins University in Roanoke, VA on the first Thursday of each month from 6:30-8:30 p.m. (For map of campus, see http://www.hollins.edu/about/map/map.htm - street address is 7916 Williamson Road, Roanoke, VA).
